An enormous impossibility

Re: Punchline – Kamay na Bakal
To get-sucked in The Benjie’s call to arms to eradicate illegal drugs in Dagupan, is akin to the Pied Piper of Hamelin leading the rats to the river to drown.
It’s an act, make-believe like any misadventure done by unscrupulous politicians, whose only aim is to get in the forefront of the news media. Are Dagupeños being waylaid again by the smooth-as-silk political operator Dagupan has ever seen? I reckon so!
The Panzerfaust . . .
Only a few months back, when The Benjie threatened to demolish the shanties of the Moors, where illegal drugs are cut and distributed to a waiting clientele.
That vengeful warning came to naught when The Benjie found out these infidels, are Pinoys too, with a voting card.
So, what was to become a crusade, supposedly, to eradicate this social menace became a tool to win elections. It was after all a . . . Moro-Moro.
The armored fist became soft, softer than a roasted marshmallow.
The Dirty Benjie . . .
It’s an insult to a folklore hero, who doesn’t miss much to enforce the law. With a cannon, an awesome .44 caliber Magnum, he was a prescription to a city going to dogs.
Forcing The Benjie to become one is an enormous impossibility, whose only aim as mayor, is enforce . . . corruption . . . to a rat of a city willing to jump in the Pantal to drown.
