Partly agree with Tiburon, but Guv. Spines will be unbeatable @ this time. After this coming election he has to wait for another 3 years to get back his post. With his deep pocket, who says that he only spends 2 million from the last election? Is this a joke or what?

 Its not yet time for him to seek guv. office. Singa manga ya kinalboro no unlaban nexth year. If he is smart enough he will bid his time. Like his nickname Leopoldo “pol” as in Politico Bataoil. Mukhang marami pa cyang kakaining bigas, LOL.
If Victor run this time and losses, he will lose his cloak as Agbayani’s political invincibility. He has to become his own man, he wins because people voted for his father.
Mr. Jun Velasco is a wise man, see, hear and say no evil to Guv. Spines. Baka pag binanatan c Guv. mawawalan ng hanapbuhay ang kapatid. Just think of Tulfo brothers!
