Re: Jennifer stands tall, aims high

Hooray for Jennifer Vinoya. She has proven that neither height nor physical disability can deter a person when they have the desire to achieve.

An example of this is the Municipal Treasurer of one of the more important Pangasinan municipalities. This person, although having been deformed due to a broken back as a child, rose above her problems and is now a very important person of the growing municipality.

Yes, Jennifer, with your drive and fortitude you will succeed in everything you strive for. God bless you.
