For the time being, Sr. Bebot, you should forget these wishes you put forward, and let us zero-in on what’s delaying your … Pare Espines … to appoint the substitute of FOOLiceman Boyet Ricaforte.

Anybody with a little grey matter on his head … according to what you’ve written here … can figure out Sr. Supt. Mariel Magaway, is extremely unacceptable to Espino – a persona non grata – if you will, probably because on what’s humming in the grapevine.

My rat at the deep recesses of the Capitol Building emailed: Magaway’s, a straight shooter, a policeman’s policeman who will take no shit from nobody even from the … Wigman … himself.

So, Espino don’t want anybody shaking the cage, nobody from the outside pissing inside. He wanted somebody he can manipulate, dancing to his given music without any concern for the FOOLitization 
of the position.

But, if I were you, I’ll tell him having his hands full in the affairs of the province, even how trivial they may be, will absolutely push him six (6) feet under the garden Eternal.

Tell him for the Devil’s sake, for once in his rotten life, do the right thing.

Food for thought on Mariel Magaway’s nomination:

“I don’t care who does the electing just so long I do the nominating.” …. Wm. “Boss” Tweed – the most corrupt American politician of the 19th century.
