One thousand kudos to former Speaker Jose de Venecia Jr. in his suggestion of privatizing the fish processing plant. It seems to me that his answer of privatization of the plant is the perfect solution.

Although I agree with his plan there should be one caveat. No bidder or his/her family should be involved in the city government! This provision should limit the amount of politics and political back-stabbing in running the plant.
