Re: It’s a golf course, not mining
Of course!
Who’s to believe . . . Rafael “Excuses” Baraan . . . the provincial administrator turned Espino spokeo, when he volunteered to go under the mining drill to defend the indefensible. An undeniable denial!
Who’s to believe a plan for a golf course needs a borer to know what’s beneath the surface, unless the land itself is tainted with toxic chemicals. The big names in golf development like the likes of the Bear, Jack Nicklaus, . . . would tell – “Excuses” Baraan – he needs a drill, to make a hole not on the ground, but a hole in his ferret-like-head to check, a look-see what he’s up to.
What kind of money-making-scheme, is being hatched this time, in the light-less-smoke-filled-offices of the most – devious operator – of them all . . . from the corruption strewn City Hall of Dagupan under The Benjie’s first term.
And now, the fertile fields of Pangasinan, where he, “Excuses” Baraan was hired by Gov. Espino to do damage, to make money the new fashion way – the rape of Urduja is on!
Some of “Excuses” moneymaking hocus-pocus to name a few . . .
1) Buses to pick, deliver and control government employees for votes
2) Shotguns for Kapitans who couldn’t shoot straight
3) The over-budgeted Capitol building renovation (note: to this day nobody knows how much it cost, and Gov. Espino zipped his mouth throwing away the key)
4) The irrigation pumps for unirrigatable Lingayen
5) The Ford SUVs to every ass-kissing members of the provincial board
And so on . . . where and when will it end? The devil knows!
