I’m sure that Her Highness, Vice Mayor Fernandez, is aghast at the audacity of the town official of Binmalay. Imagine, sixteen scantily attired girls (women?) prancing around at the town plaza.

Imagine also the Punch taking on Her Highness by printing the pictures of these pageant participants. Hail to the power of the free press!
