Re: Sir Cezar vs. Sir Voltaire

This thing between these two Dagupan stalwarts, is getting fascinating, if not crazy by the minute.

Let me put my two centavos worth why this contract (deed of sale) is pure business/personal, not involving/involving … palabra de honor.

Let us get the gist of the problem: 1) Sir Voltaire put Colegio de Dagupan up for grabs. 2) Sir Cezar showed interest, and they settled on a price. 3) Sir Cezar dropped down a bundle P20M (earnest money/patinga) to lock-on. 4) A deed of sale was signed to finalize the sale. 5) Sir Voltaire went to the US for a breath of fresh air, gather his thoughts, and then made a full weird circle not to deliver the goods. Woooo!

How could Sir Voltaire do that? How could he b(v)olted out the contract without getting his pants wet?

As contract goes, once signed it’s legally enforceable.

The bunga-bunga . . .

Was a . . . title search . . . done on the property before Sir Cezar made his move? Did he know Sir Voltaire still has a brother and a sister who lives in the US, and the family of a deceased brother, that could possibly stir things up, if their name(s) were engraved on the property?

If these two siblings did not agree on the price, and refuses to sign-on, then the feasibility of this P20M “patinga” becomes a personal loan.

That’s why – it’s credible -this . . . high-flying Dagupan foolitician . . . encourages Sir Voltaire to turn a blind eye.

The major-major . . .

As this megamillion smackaroos unravels, there’s a big crack in the wall, that could swallow this thing altogether. The chance of a contract not getting signed (done with a handshake), is a very remote possibility, but an eye-catching probability.

The gotcha . . .

If given the opportunity to get even, Sir Cezar, don’t get mad, don’t dawdle on palabra de honor . . . get everything!
