Re: Kambogan ed kapokokan
Words being written and translated in the Pangasinan language, is unbecoming a Pangasinense should be talking about.
Let me clarify these words spoken here, where an idiot of a writer, blatantly murdered the language everybody’s trying to resurrect and keeping it alive.
Case in point . . .
KAMBOG should be KIMBOG, the right spelling in Pangasinan . . . is to – stir the water – muddy to confuse the fish, the intended victim, usually in rivers/ponds using the fish net called . . . sabokol i.e., kinimbog da’y danom antis dan kemelen.
Not to catch fish in a drained pond.
While to catch fish in a drained pond or in shallow water is called . . . kolimes i.e., mankolimes ak dimad kapageyan.
In a different setting, it could be translated in . . . kinolimes to’y pokok nen Erminia.
