I will have to agree with you, more than what you think of former mayor Al Fernandez.
He’s a man not only he couldn’t tell south from the north or east from west, but he’s the most complete … Dagupan specimen … in incompetence.
But being him an incompetent – a brainless wacko – is a boon for Dagupan. Nevertheless, I can guarantee you, he’s no unremorseful thief of the vile kind like your beloved The Benjie.
Now, let me clear up your mind of reckless abandonment on proper decorum, in accusing me, that Al Fernandez is close to my heart.
If you could tell me . . . I won’t even touch him with a sixty (60) footer . . . that close?
