This claim is mighty deceitful, Dagupan’s not the center of the . . . bangus universe . . . as few naive people believes.

The Benjie did not spend tax money on foreign travel? Remember that gallivanting around with all his Kapitans and their wives, with IRA funds in Singapore he claimed . . . lakbay aral -euphemism for getting wet ‘n wild . . . to learn something from them in governance. If that Internal Revenue Allotment fund is not taxpesos, then you must be coming from afar and speaking a different language – should I say; E-xtra T-errestrial?
