Dear Vice Mayor Belen,

Kindly expose the fatal road accident that occurred in Bacag, Dumpay, Basista, Pangasinan sometime on 10/16/2011, at around 2:00 pm. The driver, who was reportedly on “jueteng mission” was tauhan ni Pangasinan Gov. Espino, ran over Leo Mendoza who died instantly.

The relatives were threatened not to complain because the living is covered. Please proactively protect the rights of the mahihirap na hindi basta basta sagasaan dahil kayang bayaran ang buhay.

We the relatives demand an investigation and justice. With your exposure of the event I hope the Governor will realize that he has to take responsibility for the actions of his men.
