Quality oysters needed

What quality of oysters is there available in Dagupan or its surrounding communities that the first class eating establishments in Dagupan do not serve them? Oyster production is not necessarily cheap if sanitary environment to obtain the oyster quality that can be served raw (on half shell) without risk of poisoning or disease is a criterion. Mr. Garcia, please research the issue before you publish it.
