Re: Paying the heavy price

Paying the heavy price, is what amounts to when you’re dealing with outrageous incompetence, on the planning and construction of these infrastructures, supposedly, to address the debilitating assault of flooding.

Just checking the roads built – elevated to give free flow of traffic, shows the mind-set of planners . . . the cutting of corners to fad their pockets . . . the complete disregard to what will happen when typhoons come acalling.

The absence of drainage systems aggravates the situation, the non-existence of culverts to allow the passage of water from one side to the other creates a reservoir submerging everything in its path.

Some Pinoy civil engineers! or, should I say, ” Pinoy engine-errs!”

I am not an … engine-ERR, but the way how these structures were built, it’s a ruefully waste of time and money how these IDIOTS managed to get hired by the gov’t.

The damnable . . .

With a corrupt government – comes the most corrupt employees.

And the worst has yet to come!
