What happened to the auditor? Or isn’t there an auditor in the Binmaley municipal government? No one should be allowed to take any cash advance whatsoever! Wait for your paycheck at the allotted time (twice a month?) and live within your means. Leo Fernandez probably bought a brand new car to show that he’s a bigshot! Shame!
