Re: No auditor?

Before the cash advance, it should be approved first by the treasurer or the budget officer and the auditor of COA will scrutinize first or audit. How come that it was approved and then here you are that they found out that it was unauthorized. Who is to blame?

Minsan sila-sila na ang nagmamaniobra para magkapera. Baka naman kasabwat ang ibang key personnel?? COA could disapprove or approve a certain appropriation if…paano na ang anak ng DYOS???

Makiramdam po tayo mga kabayan…palagay ko may sabwatan dyan.

Sa maniwala kayo o hindi, may sabwatan dyan. Bahala na kayong humusga kung sino-sino.
