Clean drainage and rivers is the best solution to lessen the flooding in Dagupan. Then next is to plant trees, not only trees, but fruit bearing trees. The dredging of rivers would also help. Educate the people and let them recycle.

Let us not blame each other instead suggest a solution to the problem. Mabuhay po tayong lahat.
