This flooding is the result of the “bright ideas” of the city engineers office-raise the road and never mind the drainage. Of course the JDV Highway Extension is the major, major cause of the problem.
Mr. PCE Jun Velasco wrote in his column that JDV’s one (1) billion trees will solve the problems of flooding all over the country as if the trees are large storage reservoirs.
