Better get yourself a bookkeeper or accountant before putting RA laws in this forum. Everyone in this forum might see who is the idiot.
Income taxes and city business taxes are as old as the Bible when Jesus said render unto Caesar what is due Caesar. So add another tax you need to research is the barangay taxes business need to operate the schools in the barangay.
Now let everyone know if the city and schools are really talking about your quoted RA law paragraph on non profit organization, etc… after you have consulted with an accountant with no colors or the city business tax in contention.
