Everybody knows Mayor Lim did a great disservice to the City of Dagupan.
If, you balance between good and bad on what he achieved, the bad would outweigh the good.
Just looking back at those scandals Mayor Lim got his hands on, his first term as mayor, nobody in political wizzle-wazzle could equalize such a feat.
Funny, the touted dredging machine he bought for $1.8 million dollars, to clean up the rivers Pantal and Calmay; ended up sold as scrap iron at a despicable P98,000.00 pesos.
Tell me Edwin, that’s competence in governance or thievery at its best?
Now, he’s trying to pull a fast one – again – on Dagupan, to sell the McAdore Hotel for P68M pesos. Read the demands of the buyer and see what Mayor Lim has up his sleeves.

I truly believed this time, the SB, will not be fooled again. Thanks to VM Belen and the opposition – in checking and balancing this circus act of Mayor Lim.
