Madam Belen has to look at the transaction regarding the MC Adore property. Fine, but don’t wait too long or demand too much.
Remember, politics and business should work together for the good of the city. Just because Her Highness believes that she is the anointed one she should not let that scramble her brain. She should not let her animosity toward Mayor Lim stand in the way of what may be good for the city.
The property as it now stands brings nothing to the city coffers. Could be Her Ladyship is an animal lover and doesn’t want to displace the rats that now occupy the building.
