To Punch readers:

Is this posting of mine that praises Governor Espino “BAD” according to Dr. Edwin? I really cannot understand Dr. Edwin’s definition of what is good or bad. Is nuclear power for Pangasinan good for the people as suggested by the good Dr. Edwin?
