Re: A symbol of idiocy
Tiburon, it is not about whether Urduja is a mythical heroine or not, whether she’s a borrowed figure or not, whether she existed or not. It is about the Urdujan ideals that she represents or symbolizes.
What idiocy are you taking about? I suggest you read world literatures again to refresh your memory.
Every society started with their respective folk beliefs, myths and legends [from the Chinese to the Norse]. Greece will not be Greece without her gods & goddesses, mythical heroes and fantastic tales.
“Nobody saw this Amazon”? Indubitably, yes… and who has seen William Tell, the national hero of Switzerland?
Perhaps, Sr. Tiburon, you are running out of wonder and imagination.
Anggaman ontan, ey-ey yo la itan so ey-ey yo, ey-ey ko la’y ey-ey ko. Isulat min umaanlong tan umaawaran so antikaman ya pakdaar nipaakar ed si Urduja para ed saray onsublay ya kailalakan na Pangasinan.
