I have a question for Mayor Lim. Why does he continue to have the basura of Dagupan dumped on private land in Bonuan Blue Beach owned by the Solis family ten years after he was requested to cease such activity?
Further, why have we not heard any word about the remediation of this land which is required under R.A. 9003?
We, the Solis family would like to hear his answers to these pertinent questions.
