Like a blind man in the dark
Re: Drag racing
This problem has been in the frontburner for the last couple of years.
Will it be controlled? With the penalties so small, the culprits usually used for beer money?
No! These copycats of Nascar or Indy 500, are members of prominent families of Dagupan … the so-called elites who thumbed their noses to anybody who’ll try to stop ’em.
What ifffff …. there’s betting money involved, that’s not being reported?
The only way to curb this fad, is to let them kill themselves.
Let them destroy each other to oblivion, when they hit the concrete barrier. Or, let them drown in the Pantal River below when they jump over the edge.
But, the idea of stopping this devil-don’t-care plaything of the Rich & Famous of Dagupan and its environs ….
is like a – a blind man looking for a black cat in the dark!
It’s all legit!
Re: SP to override veto
What’s going on at City Hall is … a pure game of chicken.
With Belen Fernandez’s majority – Edwin Farias called ’em lackies – anything, that don’t conform to their political interest, is bound to be overridden.
And with The Benjie’s negligible minority, he’ll just suck his thumb with frustration.
Was that questionable? I can say with certitude, Edwin, it’s all legit conforming with the majority’s election by the people.
The people of Dagupan, are the recipients of these checks and balances against the … cabal of evil … of The Benjie’s uncontrollable appetite for … CORRUPTION!
