Sad over greed

It is sad that Pangasinan and in particular, Dagupan City, do not even acknowledge Ermin Garcia Sr. while other communities named streets in his honor, Dagupan City does nothing for the man who is worthy of such honor.
It is because their greed is not only limited to power and money but also in honoring the most deserving people.
Where on earth can you find a “highway extension” that is not connected?
