Make kapitans re-echo what they learned

The 30 barangay captains along with the four council members who went to Singapore have lots to share. Dubbed purportedly as Lakbay Aral trip, the capitanes should “re-echo” what they learned during their five-day stint. Ditto also for the councilors. They have to meet their constituents and explain what they learned with the end in view of “copying” or “junking” it?
But still, they have to give “justice” to that 25 thousand peso expenses reportedly spent by each.
In the meantime, forget the financial sponsors if there are any.
