The Dr. Edwin’s Analysis of Nuclear Power Plant Disasters is very revealing of the extent of his mental capacity. Blame God if no other explanation is beyond his mental grasp. Just like his focusing only on the positives of Marcos regime and forgetting all the negatives is his style of reasoning for the comparison on the relative risk and safety of nuclear power plants.
Dr. Edwin’s vacillating and irrelevant arguments are his usual survival skill in this forum because he thinks the readers have the same level of mental capacity as his.
