Dr. Edwin:
You really do not read much. The majority of the fishpens are owned by greedy investors and only operated by what you call “farmers”. These “greedy investors” or your so-called farmers do not need to be educated because most of them are well educated and their only problem is their “GREED”.
Read and understand what you read so you will not expose your mental capacity, please. I pity you for what you are doing to yourself.
