Educate the farmers

Mr. Carrera, please note that I do not try to be impolite by addressing you or anyone else other than by Mr. or Ms. Being facetious only shows one’s ignorance.
It seems to me that your egoism makes you believe that you, and only you know everything. First, God has given everyone the ability to learn. If you try hard enough you’ll catch up with the rest of us. A college degree doesn’t mean you know everything. Next time you criticize someone of not being able to learn, look into a mirror and you, too, might learn something.
Please don’t put down our kababayans on the island. I have never read anything you have written to be of a positive nature. Is that why you abandoned the Philippines? You make it seem that the fish farmers are a bunch of greedy dolts. Most of these farmers are family men trying to feed their families. They are practicing their way of farming the same way generations have done before them. Eventually the fish farmers will learn that unless they change their ways there will always be large amounts of fish kills. The younger, more educated, generation will see to that.
Again, educate the farmers. Tear down the illegal fish pen if the operators do not comply and bring back the rivers to their normal flow.
