Dr. Edwin,

I believe you are again displaying your very limited mental capacity when you said “ban on fish pens will not work”. Then when you said “Until the farmers realize that they are the cause of fishkill by having concentrated too many fish in one place…blah ..blah,” it means that you think you are smart and it means you do not read and if you read you do not understand what you are reading.

GREED is the root cause of the fishkills and CORRUPTION is the only reason why a ban on fishpens will not work.
