Sorry, there’s no such word as FULL-PROOF, that can be found in the internet or the library.

But, foolproof is, a non-hyphenated word meaning: plain, reliable, truthful.

The millions of votes … between the winner Espino and the sore loser Agbayani, is FOOLPROOF, leaving no room for political bull or error.
