Pangasinan is now in an emergency like condition that Edwin needs to exercise emergency power to buy old nuclear plants from Korea.

How about that fellow SP posters? Just like FDR said he would when the US was in deep recession. Due to the electric power rates being too high in the Philippines, his Excellency Edwin would use his emergency power to act by imposing nuclear power when the whole world has a moratorium on nukes.

Be careful when you get caught up on catchy phrases that are taken out of context.
