Re: MORE CONVENIENCE
My first hand experience with convenience stores like this was during a catastrophic event. I remember driving all over Dagupan for batteries for our flashlights and candles. Only the 7-11 stores were open and they not only carried batteries but ice cream to relieve us from the heat due to no air conditioning because the electric post being pulled out of ground from the typhoon. Since effects of typhoons are fact of life, stores like this minimize the miseries.
Way to go mayor for encouraging businesses and foresight to encourage the owners.
