Gov. Spines seemed to feel the anger of his kabaleyan…Of course you can increase RPT but not that big increase.

Sorry damage has been done… btw is this RPT tax patterned after Vice Gov. Calimlim town of Mapandan which left his townmates paying too high taxes.
