Re: NFA branch defends coops linked to rice smuggling

If NFA Asst. Mgr. Apolinario vouched for the legitimacy of the operation of the ten cooperatives linked by Mr. Banayo to suspected smuggling, did she monitor the arrival of the stuff? How many tons of rice were received by each of the cooperatives? And, how were they disposed of?
 She owes it to the public to name the cooperatives and their owners.
