Re: Espino relents, supports staggered 5-year scheme option

So, what do the municipal assessors have to say about this sudden ‘about-face’? Did they not just gather last week in Lingayen and ‘proclaimed’ in unison that the RPT increase was justified to the extent that few assessors even declared that their townmates did not complain AT ALL?

And, why did it take the Liga ng Barangay Federation in a JUNKET to Cebu to ‘convince’ Guv Espino to soften his position on this issue?
