Once again Guv. Spines is showing his dictatorial style of governance. No public hearing regarding this issue. What’s new? The SP did the same thing with the RPT issue. Now it is this gaming fiasco. He does not want opposition even from his cronies.
Finally Mr. Bince in trying to redeem himself is questioning the legality of this gambling issue. Is this tiff between the two for real, or is just a sarzuela/moro-moro?
