Go on with your plans, still the revised rpt increase is not reasonable.. it is just a delay or postponement to strangle the Pangasinenses.
I am quite sure that all of us poor kabaleyan will back you up 1000% if not all the way. Just gather signatures and it will be avalanche in volume.
