I just wish the office of the good governor can do something to cleanup the Lingayen Beach.

The beach is full of litter from beach visitors who do not know how to cleanup after enjoying the beach. The provincial government should do something to instill discipline and make garbage bins available.

It is a very simple solution that I cannot understand why we allow the beautiful beach of Lingayen to be that way it is today.
