The intentions of these provincial board members including that of the Gov. Spines is definitely to suck the Pangasinenses’ hard earned money.
Are they on their right mind to increase rpt by as much as 400%? Are these supposed public servants doing what is expected of them? Or they got themselves elected to abuse and to be rich at the expense of poor kabaleyan.

Gov. Spines, Pangasinenses will definitely remember you and your tutas come election time…. nanalo ka dahil sa pagpintura lang ng capitolyo at laging papogi sa media…ngayon alam na namin kung sino ka!!
