Kudos to the people who exposed the cheating in the NAT. The incident is rampant in many public Elementary and High school nationwide. I hope the DepEd higher officials will stop tolerating this kind of corrupt practice.
I will not put the whole blame on the poor teachers, they are just like soldiers following orders from their superiors .
