Those who are laughing at Sen. Lapid’s bill on preventing students from carrying books are not updated about IT. They have not yet heard about “Paperless Classroom”. When the other countries are geared toward the development of such school, I pity my “kababayans” who are ignorant of such thing, “laughing without thinking”.
