Healthy Lifestyle program of Gov. Espino demonstrates the visions of a good administrator just like how he transformed the provincial capital and its surroundings including the Maramba Boulevard into the most decent and “civilized” facilities that every Pangasinense will be proud of.
Gov. Espino is the first and only governor of Pangasinan to make this transformation. I can now proudly tell anyone that the Maramba Boulevard is indeed a “BOULEVARD”.
Numerous terms of Aguedo Agbayani, Orbos, then several terms of the Agbayani son resulted in the neglect and deterioration of these facilities over a long period and I am glad that the people of Pangasinan responded with a loud voice during the last election.
Now that the Governor is into the cleanup of the environment, I hope those mayors and other officials do not paint it with their political agenda. Keep up the good work Governor.
