Governor Espino should also encourage the population of Pangasinan to reduce air pollution and help the environment by limiting the issuance of permit to tricycles run by engines or motorcycles. I think he should encourage tricycle operators to operate it through healthy means and that is the “padyak”.
In fact, padyak tricycles are healthier to operate, an excellent exercise and inexpensive (no gas needed). It will also reduce asthma among young children.
