Only morons will plan for those projects including the ATLANTIS CITY, tri-city FERRY BOAT service first before planning for and constructing infrastructures like water, sewer, roads, and drainage systems.

Are you a moron Mr. BRAGanza? What happened to the bright minds of the engineers and planners of the city? Are they also like some of Dagupan City’s engineers and planners?
