What a shame! Are the signatories of the submitted budget elementary graduates? They do not know how to compute!

What has been presented here is simple arithmetic. Would you believe that a 1+1 is equal to 9?

Sayang lang ang binabayad ng Dagupan government dito? Waste of money sa mga taong tulad nila. Whoever is in charge in this budget must resign from his/her position.

Nakakahiya! Mag-resign na lang kayo for delikadeza’s sake and let the professionals do your job. Mga walang kwentang tao.

I am really sorry to tell this but my heart bleeds sa mga kawawa kong kapatid, kamag-anak, kaibigan at kababayan dyan sa Dagupan.
