To BRAGanza:

Please cut out the BS. Why don’t you read or use the Writ of Kalikasan and Section 7, article XIII of the Philippine Constitution in order to have the legal basis for removing the abandoned fish pens.

Owning a land does not necessarily mean one can do anything he/she wants especially if it impacts on the environment like backfilling wetlands and navigable waters, erecting fish pens that affect the natural flows of rivers and marine resources aside from causing flooding.

BRAGanza thinks the people of Pangasinan especially those from Alaminos are stupid and is now trying to shift the blame to other agencies.
