It’s funny seeing the SP putting too much pressure on Ricaforte. I think his 2-strike policy is intended to give full responsibility of the police chiefs in doing their job. PD couldn’t attend to all the problem.
With regards to jueteng, as if the SP does not know the real situation if it exists or not in the province. They should stop for acting like they are in a comedy show.
