Re: Curfew vs. motorcycle riders mulled anew

The plan of Senior Board Member Alfie Cera Bince, Jr to refile the shelved-ordinance in re “proposal to impose night curfew for people riding in tandem on motorcycle” is a laudable move.

However, I suggest that the proponent should give more teeth to the ordinance considering that some of the victims are killed in broad daylight. Who could stop these rascals from doing their thing during daytime? Necessity needs no law.

How come that these killers-for-hire are too elusive? Are they being protected?
